We are recruiting Chief Revenue Officers and Chief Sales Officers for current and upcoming needs across our portfolio, with roles in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Oslo. The exact company, product and mandate differ per role - what is common is the mission: own the commercial function and build a scalable, predictable sales engine in a B2B SaaS company.

- The full commercial agenda - sales, and in most roles also marketing, lead generation and partner channels.
- Building the sales engine: processes, playbook, pipeline discipline, forecasting and CRM adoption.
- Leading and coaching a sales team - hands-on in key deals and demos, leading from the front.
- Aligning marketing and lead generation to clearly defined ICP segments.
- Delivering ARR growth targets as part of the management team, working closely with the CEO, board and Monterro.
Must-haves:
- A track record of selling B2B software/SaaS and leading B2B sales teams.
- You have built - or significantly rebuilt - a sales engine: the processes, playbook and team, not just managed one.
- Experience of working in the Nordic´s and experience from the Nordic business culture.
- Both hands-on and strategic: comfortable in the boardroom and in the demo.
- Working knowledge of modern lead generation and marketing.
- High drive and execution power - you move fast, and things get done.
- Strong values: low prestige, high accountability, team-first.
Meriting:
- International expansion experience.
- Management team and board exposure; PE- or investor-backed environments.
- Ability to travel.
