Howspace is a SaaS company with a Learning & Enablement platform, helping organizations run impactful learning and enablement initiatives. We are seeking a Swedish speaking, Sr. Account Executive to own the full cycle of new customer acquisition and revenue growth mainly across the Scandinavian region.

Taking full accountability for the end-to-end sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals mainly in the Scandinavian market
Defining our local GTM strategy using your local expertise while gaining international exposure with our global team
Running the SPICED framework independently to map customer challenges and drive real value for them
Executing your territory plan autonomously to meet and exceed quarterly and annual new ARR targets
Engaging directly with mainly L&D and HR leaders to challenge them constructively and act as a trusted advisor
Partnering closely with BDRs and Marketing to coordinate outbound campaigns and optimize market penetration
Ruthlessly owning your pipeline data, forecasting accuracy, and clean CRM hygiene within HubSpot
Delivering structured market and customer insights to internal teams to grow our collective expertise
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas in mid-market B2B SaaS
Deep commercial experience building pipeline and closing deals within the Scandinavian market
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like SPICED, Winning by Design, MEDDICC, or Challenger
A self-starting mindset where you move with 60-70% information and bring ready-made proposals
High personal accountability to follow through on commitments and openly own your actions
Ability to work independently in a high-trust environment that measures outcomes over hours spent at a desk
Experience in L&D or HR tech space is a plus
Typically requires 3-6 years of Account Executive experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
Fluent in English and Swedish; professional proficiency in German is a big plus.
