We’re now looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Account Manager to help build and grow our customer base, drive upselling, and identify new business opportunities. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in Lightbringer’s growth journey – working closely with both clients and product teams, influencing strategy, and being part of an exciting expansion from early-stage startup to international scale-up.
What You’ll Do-
Build, nurture, and develop long-term client relationships – from onboarding to growth

Identify, prioritize, and drive new business opportunities

Create tailored customer plans across different segments

Conduct both digital and in-person client meetings

Represent Lightbringer at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Actively contribute to shaping the sales strategy and customer journey with the team

Requirements-
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience

2–3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions

Skilled in complex, value-based, or solution-oriented sales

Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Self-driven and structured in your way of working

Experience from a startup or scale-up environment
Nice to Have-
Experience selling in a “category creation” market

Background from early-stage or growth companies

Proven ability to build sales strategies from the ground up
