Role – Engagement Manager (Infra Knowledge)
Type of Job – Fixed Term Contract
Duration – 1 Year
Working Model – Hybrid (2 Days WFO)
Candidate Preference – Swedish speaker
Must have – ITSM Experience
Core Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, building trust, understanding needs, gathering feedback and ensuring satisfaction
- Project Delivery Leadership Oversee project lifecycles, managing scope timelines, budgets, resources and ensuring quality deliverables
- Internal Coordination Liaise with sales, marketing, technical teams, developers, and architects to align solutions with client needs
- Financial Contractual Oversight: Manage billing, ensure contract compliance and track project financials
- Growth Strategy: Identify new business opportunities, upsell, cross-sell, and develop strategies for retention and expansion
Key Duties
- Communication facilitates meetings, provides status updates, presents reports and resolves issues
- Problem-solving: Proactively address client concerns, manage escalations, and find solutions
- Resource Management: Assign internal resources, consultants developers to client projects
- Reporting: Create progress reports, risk assessments, and performance analyses for clients and stakeholders
- Onboarding Lead new clients through initial setup and integration
