Job Summary
FG 2004 - Software Architect / Microsoft 365 /
We are looking for a consultant to join our Digital Collaboration team, supporting the Microsoft 365 platform during a period of organisational transition.
This is not a direct replacement of a single role, but an opportunity to complement an experienced team and help us maintain momentum across several key areas. Depending on your profile and experience, you will work across architecture, governance, and platform development – with flexibility to shape how responsibilities are distributed within the team.
What you will work on
Key Responsibilities
During the coming year, our focus is on strengthening how we manage and evolve the Microsoft 365 platform, with particular attention to: Information management and governance Support and evolve governance models for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and M365 Groups Contribute to reducing risks such as oversharing, unclear ownership, and unmanaged content Security and compliance Work with information protection, data classification, and access control strategies Support initiatives related to compliance, auditability, and platform risk mitigation M365 Copilot and AI enablement Contribute to how we monitor, govern, and evolve the use of Copilot across the organisation Support development of guardrails, policies, and best practices for AI usage Platform architecture and advisory Provide architectural input to initiatives across the
Skill Requirements
We are deliberately open to different profiles, but we expect you to bring experience from one or several of the following areas:
Microsoft 365 platform architecture and design
Governance of collaboration platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform)
Information management, compliance, or information security
Implementation of policies such as data classification, lifecycle management, or access control
Experience supporting or governing enterprise AI capabilities (e.g. Copilot or similar)
Working in large, complex enterprise environments
