Your Role
We are seeking a SAC Solution Architect to join our Finance Transformation team in Stockholm. As part of our Management Consulting practice, you will collaborate with major Swedish corporations and organizations to design and deliver modern analytics solutions, drive digitalization, and support strategic decision-making.This role is a functional, business-driven position at the intersection of finance processes and modern technology.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute SAC solution architecture, data modeling, and integrations of SAP and non-SAP environments
Lead requirements workshops and process discussions with finance and business stakeholders
Develop functional planning models, implement driver-based logic, and configure data flows to support accurate and efficient financial planning
Together with business process experts design end-to-end SAC Planning solutions, including predictive scenarios and dashboards, to optimize business planning processes
Drive governance, performance optimization, and best practices within analytics solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data integration and model performance
Translate business needs into solution architecture, ensuring scalability and best-practice design. Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable and robust analytics solutions
Facilitate workshops to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams

Skills & Requirements
Relevant Experience and Knowledge
You have significant experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data warehousing, with at least 8 years in the field and a minimum of 3 years working directly with SAC
You have strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and performance management
You have knowledge of planning best practices: scenario modelling, rolling forecasting, driver-based planning
Basic knowledge in SAP BW, HANA Data Warehouse, Datasphere, and integration of complex systems
You have demonstrated success in solution architecture, leadership of analytics initiatives and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, business, and technical stakeholders
You have experience facilitating workshops with finance stakeholders and ability to translate business requirements into planning models, driver-based logic, workflows, and reporting structures
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in BI/Analytics/Data Warehousing, with at least 3 years in SAP Analytics Cloud
Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to design end-to-end planning processes
Practical experience with SAC Planning or similar enterprise planning tools
Strong business acumen and proven leadership in analytics projects
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to operate cross-functionally across finance, business, and technical areas
Fluency in English
