As a Partnership Manager, you will be the architect behind our clients’ most important meetings. Rather than selling traditional conference solutions, you will help executive teams and senior decision-makers translate strategic business challenges into tailored, knowledge-driven offsites, workshops, and leadership sessions.
Through proactive engagement with both new and existing clients, you will build long-term relationships and identify opportunities where research, expertise, and business development can create real value. You will be responsible for the entire client journey—from initial outreach and needs analysis to concept development, sales, delivery, and follow-up.
A key aspect of the role is packaging and selling content-driven solutions by matching clients’ challenges with the right expertise from SSE’s ecosystem and extended network. Together, you will create tailored offsites and meeting experiences where strategy, learning, and business outcomes are at the forefront.
The role combines sales, business development, and partnership management, offering the opportunity to help shape and grow a new premium market offering. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure exceptional quality and a world-class client experience, all within one of Sweden’s strongest and most respected brands.

Build and develop long-term relationships with executive teams and senior decision-makers through proactive business development and consultative selling.

Identify clients’ strategic challenges and translate them into tailored offsite, meeting, and event solutions that integrate learning, strategy, and experience.

Package and sell knowledge-driven solutions by matching client needs with relevant expertise from SSE’s ecosystem and extended network.

Own the entire business and client journey—from prospecting, needs analysis, and concept development to delivery, follow-up, and long-term partnership management.

Develop and establish a new offering where content and knowledge are at the core, working closely with internal teams and external experts to ensure high quality and a strong client experience.

Proven experience in complex B2B service or solution sales.

Experience working with both new business development and relationship-based sales.

Experience in a startup environment or in a role where you have independently built processes and market presence.

Strong ability to build trust and communicate effectively with senior decision-makers and executive teams.

Ability to engage in strategic discussions around business challenges in areas such as finance, strategy, and AI.

Experience from management consulting or other knowledge-intensive businesses is highly advantageous.

An academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
