Assignment Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation and performance management program. The consultant will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights, performance tracking and analytical support to enable informed decision-making across the program. The role requires close collaboration with HR, Finance, Controlling and program leadership to establish transparent reporting, monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve program outcomes and target achievement.
Responsibilities
- Analyse program cost structures, operational performance and savings opportunities
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve dashboards, KPIs, scorecards and reporting models
- Ensure alignment and correlation between People HR data and Financial data in collaboration with HR and Finance Controlling teams
- Monitor program performance against targets and identify trends, risks and deviations
- Perform data analysis to support strategic planning, forecasting and decision-making
- Produce executive-level reports, presentations and performance summaries
- Support steering committees and management reviews with analytical insights and recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, data quality, and governance practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and reporting requirements
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field
Nice To Have
Master's degree in a relevant discipline
Certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Project/Program Management
Experience Must Have Nice To Have
- 5 years of experience in Business Analysis Program Analytics, Financial Analysis, Data Analytics or a similar role
- Proven experience developing dashboards, KPIs and management reporting solutions
- Strong experience analysing financial and operational performance data
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights
- Experience supporting senior management and executive stakeholders with analytical decision support
Nice To Have
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs or strategic initiatives
- Experience integrating HR-People data with Financial data for workforce and cost analysis
- Experience within industrial manufacturing, automotive or global enterprise environments
- Knowledge of program portfolio management and benefits realisation tracking
- Language Fluent English, written and spoken

Other Specifications
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data modelling techniques
- Experience working with financial reporting and controlling processes
- Familiarity with HR People analytics is highly desirable
- Knowledge of SQL and data extraction and querying techniques is preferred
- Ability to quickly understand complex business environments and stakeholder needs
- Experience working in international and cross-functional organizations is advantageous
