Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience specialising in JD Edwards Sales and Distribution JDE SND to support and enhance enterprise sales and distribution processes
Job Description
Extensive experience in JD Edwards Sales and Distribution modules Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management Advanced Pricing Procurement Inventory and related integrations Handson expertise with JDE EnterpriseOne environments preferably versions 91 and 92 Solid understanding of integration points between Sales and Distribution Finance Manufacturing and Procurement modules Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the JDE SND framework Experience in support projects including incident management service requests problem management and system enhancements Excellent communication skills for clientfacing interactions and crossfunctional collaboration Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Coordination with technical teams for system fixes enhancements and customizations Good to have experience with EDI Transportation Warehouse Management modules and User Defined Objects UDO
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage JD Edwards Sales and Distribution module support and implementations Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements Prepare detailed functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions Coordinate with CNC and development teams to implement system fixes enhancements and customizations Provide expert troubleshooting and problemsolving support to ensure smooth system operations Manage incident resolution service requests and problem management activities Support integration efforts between Sales and Distribution and other JDE modules Participate in testing activities including system testing and user acceptance testing UAT Deliver training and support to endusers to maximize system utilization and efficiency Stay updated with the latest JDE SND module features best practices and industry trends.
