We are currently recruiting a Senior Product Manager to join our team, responsible for the revenue and growth of their products and services, as we look to support the business strategy to focus on key products into target market segments. This role offers hybrid (remote/office mix) working and is based from our offices in Malmo (Hyllie).
What will you be doing in this role?
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the Nordic Product team, you will drive the product strategy, define market requirements, and commission the development and go-to-market execution of hardware, peripherals, and related services for Telecare markets across the Nordics. You will oversee the Nordic product portfolio core devices throughout their lifecycle—from ideation and concept development to launch, market rollout, and operations —ensuring successful deployment and operations in collaboration with regional product team. Your expertise will be critical in delivering innovative, market-ready solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

You will have proven experience in product management of tech products, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to influence effectively. You will be an adaptable, proactive, team player, used to leading a team and taking responsibility for your products with a track record of delivering results. The Senior Product Manager owns the Nordic product portfolio and is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy across the product lifecycle. This includes monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, while ensuring the portfolio remains aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Acting as a subject matter expert, the role drives product positioning, evaluates new opportunities, and supports management in assessing technologies that enhance customer value.
Working closely with regional stakeholders, delivery teams, and Product Owners, the Senior Product Manager translates market requirements into clear product roadmaps and development priorities. The role is responsible for building business cases, managing the product backlog, prioritising initiatives based on business value, and ensuring solutions are successfully developed, tested, launched, and adopted in the market.
The Senior Product Manager continuously evaluates portfolio performance, identifies opportunities for growth and innovation, and oversees product lifecycle activities, including product enhancements and end-of-life transitions. The role also supports commercial activities by translating customer and tender requirements into clear technical specifications that enable accurate and competitive solution proposals.
As leader of the Nordic Product Office, the Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing and leading a high-performing team, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, and compensation. Through strong cross-functional collaboration, the role ensures alignment across business, commercial, technical, and operational teams to deliver successful product outcomes.
Key skills and experience:
Essential:
- Ownership & Accountability: A proactive, results-driven individual who takes responsibility for deliverables, deadlines, and outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Science, or a related field.
- Experience: demonstrable Product Management experience, preferably in a hardware or technical product development environment.
- Strong understanding of hardware product lifecycles, including embedded devices, solutions, certification processes, supply chain considerations, and product compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare, and welfare technology regulations, including, GDPR, NIS2, cybersecurity requirements, and national regulatory frameworks across the Nordic markets.
- Experience driving product compliance and governance, ensuring products and services meet applicable legal, security, privacy, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into product strategy and development priorities, balancing customer needs, innovation, risk management, and commercial objectives.
- Familiarity with Telecare concepts and the broader healthcare/assistive technology sector. o Proven track record in integrating AI and data-driven thinking into product development.
- Experience working in multicultural, multinational teams with cross-functional collaboration.
- Skills: o Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Agile/SAFe familiarity – experience in backlog management, roadmap development, and feature prioritization.
- Market analysis expertise – ability to assess trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

- Knowledge of cloud-based services, app development, or IoT integrations.
- Experience as an Agile Product Owner (SAFe).
- Advanced technical degree (e.g., MSc, MBA) or certifications in Product Management
