This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced wind turbine technician or QHSE/Quality professional to further develop their career in a regional role. You will work hands-on in the field, apply your expertise in both Quality and HSE, and actively influence how service operations are executed across multiple sites.
In this role, you will spend significant time on-site at wind farms and service locations across the Nordic region, working closely with technicians, supervisors, project teams, and subcontractors. Your focus will be to ensure that quality standards, processes, and safety practices are consistently met and continuously improved, while supporting both operational excellence and a strong safety culture.
YOUR TASKS
Be present on-site at wind farms and service locations, conducting QHSE audits and inspections to ensure both quality standards and safety requirements are met
Monitor and improve work quality during maintenance, erection, and commissioning activities, identifying deviations and driving corrective actions
Support project-to-service handovers, ensuring that documentation, processes, and turbine quality meet operational standards
Coordinate and audit subcontractors, including qualification, performance follow-up, and quality inspections of their work
Take an active role in quality topics, including nonconformities, claims, and root-cause analysis, ensuring sustainable solutions
Deliver QHSE training, coaching, and toolbox talks, strengthening both quality awareness and safety culture in operational teams
Collaborate closely with site teams to improve ways of working, ensuring adherence to procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements
Participate in internal and external audits, clearly documenting findings and supporting follow-up actions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to raise standards across the region
YOUR PROFILE
Background as a Wind Turbine Technician (3+ years) or experience in a QHSE / Quality role in an industrial or field-based environment
Strong understanding of quality processes (not only HSE), including audits, inspections, and problem-solving methodologies
Technical education in Electrical or Mechanical field (apprenticeship or diploma) or a degree in Quality Engineering
Comfortable working hands-on in the field, including at heights and in outdoor environments
Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are an advantage
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the Nordic region
Confident working independently with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence teams and promote quality and safety best practices on site
