Key Qualifications & Experience.
- Vast experience in Aircraft build, Final Assembly, Installation & Modification (Fighter Aircraft jets preferred).
- Experience in working on prototype projects. (preferred)
- Working closely with Structures, Systems, Stress, Design & Engineering departments.
- Strong ability to advise modifications and production issues throughout the process.
- Comfortable working on own and in a team environment.
- To chair weekly meetings, progress reporting, shortages, engineering issues etc.
Education & Professional Background
The ideal candidate will possess a technical education. Suitable backgrounds may include:
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Avionics or Electrical)
- Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Vocational or technical qualifications in aircraft systems, avionics, or electrical installation
- Equivalent combination of education
Personal Qualities.
- Comfortable working in cross functional teams.
- Strong communications skills.
