We arelooking for an Energy Analyst to join our team supporting data centreoperations and sustainability initiatives.
The Role
In thisrole, you will contribute to day-to-day operations and service delivery withinyour assigned area or site. Responsibilities include:
- Supportand manage energy and sustainability programs and projects across sites,regions, and datacenter campuses, including coordination of procurementactivities and performance plans
- Monitor, analyze, and report on energy consumption, utilities, KPIs, andsustainability metrics (energy, water, waste), including preparing variancereports and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Support and maintain Environmental and Energy Management Systems (ISO 14001& ISO 50001), including documentation control, audits, complianceactivities, and management reviews
- Identify risks, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities, and driveenergy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across operations
- Collaborate with Microsoft operations, regional teams, and stakeholders,while supporting training, awareness programs, and communication related toenergy and environmental standards
Who YouAre
We believeyou have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,Sustainable Energy, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3+ years of experience in energy management, sustainability programs,building operations, or infrastructure environments
- Experience supporting ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 management systems
- Knowledge of datacenter operations and energy management systems
- Ability to analyze energy data, trends, and KPIs and produce reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI)
- Experience supporting projects and coordinating stakeholders
- Experience with compliance, documentation, and audits
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
