Your Mission
We are looking for a Platform Software Engineer to strengthen our AUTOSAR capabilities and take a key role in shaping how we evolve and scale our AUTOSAR-based platform. AUTOSAR is integrated in our products, and now we’re looking to take the next step—developing a deeper strategy, refining our architecture, and optimizing integration workflows across our software stack.
What You Will Do
Take full ownership of your work — be the engineer others turn to with questions and step up when accountability matters.
Design, implement, review, and maintain embedded C firmware for automotive-grade ECUs, including low-level drivers for the ASIL systems.
Debug complex hardware/software interactions using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers.
Develop and optimize real-time tasks running in RTOS environments (AUTOSAR).
Collaborate closely with hardware engineers during new board bring-up.
Define and execute unit, integration, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) tests to ensure robust, production-quality software.

You qualify if you have:
- Master of Science in relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional embedded software development experience with strong, demonstrable proficiency in C.
- Proven hands-on experience in the integration of sensors and actuators within automotive environments.
- In-depth understanding of real-time constraints, interrupt handling, resource management, and RTOS(OSEK)-based embedded system design.
- Proficient in the use of oscilloscopes, logic Analyzers, and JTAG debuggers for embedded system development and debugging.
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Gerrit) and build systems such as Bazel and Make.
- As a senior platform developer, you are expected to take ownership of deliverables throughout the software development life cycle, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Holder of a valid EU driving license.
It is considered a merit if you have experience within one or several of the following:
- AUTOSAR
- Familiarity with Infineon AURIX TC23x/TC33x microcontrollers and their on-chip peripherals.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Classic AUTOSAR BSW configuration and integration.
- Development of Safety-critical products (ISO26262 or similar)
