We are recruiting a Deployment Engineer to join our team based in Malmo (Hyllie).
What will you be doing in this role?
As a Deployment Engineer at Tunstall, your role will involve remote installation of software, both in Tunstall´s data centres and on-prem at customer side. Troubleshooting is also a part of the duty together with our support, Field Service engineers and customers while project is active and during maintenance. Documentation needs to be created/updated when changes occur in the environment.
The Ideal candidate:
We are looking for someone who is familiar with Tunstall from a customer, system and product perspective. Experience of trouble-shooting and working with a variety of stakeholders (internal and external) would also be advantageous.
Key skills and experience:
- Good general knowledge about Tunstall's customers, products and systems.
- ITIL - Documented Training, certified or Work Experience.
- Service oriented and flexible.
- MS SQL, MySQL.
- PowerShell.
- Linux.
- Windows server 2012 and above.
- Webservers, both IIS and Nginx.
- Networking.
- SQL Clustering.
- Docker/Kubernetes/Rancher
- Android, iOS, GSM, GPRS.
- Certificate handling
- SSIS/SSRS
- Basic knowledge in Project Planning.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Installation of software for Tunstall’s solutions.
- Documentation of every customer environment and when a change/update occurs.
- Troubleshooting together with colleagues or customers to get the system to work properly while project is active and during maintenance.
- Work actively to find improvements and update instructions within Deployment.
- Competence sharing between colleagues.
- Ensure repeatable and accurate solutions.
- Planning installations together with our project managers and/or customer responsible and field service engineers.
- Attend customer meetings if required.
