As Partnerships Coordinator you're joining our E-com & Marketing team at our head office in central Stockholm. You're responsible for managing and developing our network of creator and publisher collaborations — spanning influencers, content creators, independent profiles and media publishers — which is a key area for driving brand discovery and awareness. You're working with paid, commission-based and organic collaborations on both an ongoing basis as well as part of activations and campaigns with the objective to maximize exposure and impact across owned and paid channels. Your work stretches from more strategic decisions such as profile and platform evaluation and budget management to daily operations including profile discovery, outreach, negotiation, product seeding, content briefing and performance review. You're passionate about relationship building and have a keen eye for visual identity at the same time as you work in a structured, methodical and data-driven way.
You're working directly with our Chief Commercial Officer and Performance Marketing Manager and collaborating with our E-com and Brand teams on a daily basis. You'll enjoy responsibilities from day one with a clear path to grow within the company.

Mission
Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid, commission-based and organic collaborations across our creator and publisher network
Own the full collaboration lifecycle — from profile discovery and outreach through negotiation, product seeding, content briefing, and performance review
Manage collaboration budget and targets
Evaluate collaboration performance on both commercial and brand criteria and refine strategy
Set up, manage and evaluate collaboration and affiliate platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, Klarna Creator Platform, CJ, etc.
Work closely with paid and owned channel owners to maximize impact of collaboration content, through e.g. partnership ads and web and newsletter UGC content
Work closely with the Brand team on content briefs and collaboration elements of activations and campaigns
Manage UGC-led social content
Profile
1-3 years of experience with proven track record
Relevant academic education (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
Genuine interest in community and relationship building
A keen eye for creative design and written communication
Structured with strong coordination skills and data-driven mindset
Flexible, able to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term priorities
Driven self-starter with a high willingness to learn, develop, and take on more responsibility
Fluent in English, written and verbally
Experience in social media and partnership platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, Klarna Creator Platform, CJ, etc. is considered an advantage
Experience working with AI technologies or leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making is considered an advantage
