About us
Girls at Tech Nordics is an award-winning Nordic movement inspiring girls and non-binary young people in secondary school (ages 13–15) to explore technology. We are active in 12 cities across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark with 34+ partners — NVIDIA, Ericsson, Volvo Cars, PwC, Cognizant and more. We believe the problem of girls opting out of tech starts in secondary school, and we solve it there, in the classroom, during school hours.
We are now professionalising, building the operational system that lets our movement scale. You are a key part of that.
The role
As Programme & Operations Coordinator you are the operational backbone of Girls at Tech Nordics. You build and maintain the structure that makes the core of our organisation work, from events and the ambassador programme across all cities, to board meetings, city head coordination and weekly team collaboration, ensuring that every girl who meets us, meets us in the right way.
This is a broad role that requires someone who takes ownership without being reminded, thrives with many responsibilities and understands that details matter when your audience is a 13-year-old girl deciding whether tech is for her.
What you will do
Operations & programme
- Build and maintain the operational structure across all 6 active cities
- Recruit, onboard and support ambassadors; the most important role in our movement
- Manage dialogue with schools, teachers and parents across all active cities
- Handle GDPR consent forms and parental communications
- Collect and export Mentimeter data after every event and school visit
- Travel to Oslo, Helsinki, Gothenburg, Malmö and Copenhagen to join events (one per city)
- Keep Monday.com up to date and write monthly reports to the CEO
Governance & meetings
- Serve as secretary for the board of directors; prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action points
- Be present where everything happens and is discussed; board meetings, strategy sessions and key decisions
- Attend monthly advisory board meetings with all Head of Cities; prepare materials, take notes, follow up
- Join weekly meetings with the Head of Marketing to plan social media and communications
- Attend monthly planning meetings with the Movement Ambassador Coordinator
- Work closely day-to-day with CEO Rahell Rada, Founder Vanessa and Co-founder Ulrika

- Direct access to a Nordic network of tech companies, academia and civil society
- An organisation in an exciting build phase; you help set the structures, not just follow them
