We are looking for a CRM Campaigns Specialist / Marketing Automation Specialist to take ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and coordination across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. The role sits at the core of CRM and marketing automation, working closely with central and local teams to ensure high-quality, data-driven customer communication.
This is a primarily operational role with elements of optimization, analysis, and continuous improvement in an international environment.
You will drive CRM campaigns across the Nordic markets and act as a key coordinator between central teams, local markets, and stakeholders.
Plan and execute 1:1 CRM campaigns across Nordic markets
Execute centrally defined CRM and customer engagement activities
Support local market adaptations where needed
Optimize segmentation and campaign performance
Coordinate transactional campaigns and approval processes
Monitor performance via KPI tracking, reporting, and analysis
Work with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight or similar
Identify optimization opportunities and propose improvements
Ensure alignment between central teams, local Customer Journey Managers, CRM teams, and agencies
We believe you have around five years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement in an international, data-driven environment.
You have:
Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools such as SAP Emarsys or similar
Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign processes
Experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and campaign analysis
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight or similar
Experience from a specialist role with operational campaign ownership
Strong coordination skills in international, matrix organizations
Structured and proactive working style
Fluency in English (required)
Knowledge of a Nordic language is a strong advantage
Experience from customer-centric or international organizations is meritorious.
You are collaborative, analytical, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced international environment and combine strong execution with continuous improvement.
You take ownership, build strong stakeholder relationships, and manage multiple priorities with structure and quality. You are detail-oriented and motivated by creating relevant, data-driven customer experiences.
This is a full-time (100%) interim assignment covering a parental leave. The role is based in Stockholm (Sollentuna) with a hybrid working model.
Start is in June, and the assignment runs for twelve months.
