About This Role
We’re looking for a high-converting Account Executive, Inbound to join our fast-growing hotel SaaS company. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle for warm, inbound-sourced leads — from first contact through close.
You’ll run structured discovery, deliver compelling demos, and close deals with speed and precision. This isn’t an order-taker role. The best person here brings curiosity, urgency, and consultative instincts to every conversation.
A Day In The Life

Managing and prioritizing a queue of inbound leads with speed and discipline.

Running structured discovery calls to qualify fit, uncover pain, and map decision processes.

Delivering product demos tailored to the prospect’s specific workflows and needs.

Following up consistently and moving deals through the pipeline without letting things go cold.

Negotiating pricing and closing deals within defined parameters.

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot after every interaction.

Collaborating with Customer Success on smooth handoffs for new accounts.

Quota Attainment/Sales Revenue Won - Close inbound opportunities and consistently hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Demo-to-Close Rate – Convert qualified demos into won deals at or above benchmark.

Speed to First Contact – Respond to and engage inbound leads quickly; pipeline decays fast.

Pipeline Accuracy – Maintain clean, current HubSpot records with reliable forecasting data.

Qualifications
-
1–3 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or a service-led industry.

Demonstrated ability to run discovery conversations and deliver product demos.

Comfortable managing multiple active deals simultaneously.

Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.

Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and over video.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience in hospitality, hotels, or adjacent verticals is an asset.
