Take ownership of our growth in Sweden
As our new Account Executive, you will independently lead the charge to expand our market presence in Sweden. With the backing of an established, market-leading organization, you will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Drive results and create customer value
Your primary focus will be selling our SaaS-based facility management solution to real estate companies across Sweden. Day to day, this means generating new business, nurturing strong customer relationships, and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience selling software - particularly within property management or facility management - is a significant advantage.
This is a unique opportunity to take on a role with real scope and responsibility, where your skills and ambitions directly influence both your own success and ours. We expect you to have:
- Strong knowledge of SaaS software sales or high motivation to develop expertise in the field, with experience selling software to the real estate sector in Sweden.
- Ability to identify both the challenges and opportunities within the market, with a proactive, self-starter mindset and a low threshold for asking for help when needed.
- A "doer" attitude - not afraid to take initiative and ownership to drive the best possible results, while also working effectively as part of a team.
- Structured and results-oriented approach with a strong customer focus.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Native-level Swedish is required, both written and spoken
- Advantageous: Understanding of the real estate sector and experience with Facility Management systems (Fastighetsförvaltning).
- Advantageous: Ability to work from the Stockholm or Gothenburg region.
