Nordic Knots is looking for a talented Sales & Showroom Associate to join our team at our flagship showroom at Birger Jarlsgatan 58 in central Stockholm.
As a Sales & Showroom Associate, you will represent Nordic Knots as a true brand ambassador and knowledgeable advisor to our clients. Your primary focus will be engaging with customers on the showroom floor, providing personal guidance, and helping them find the right solutions for their homes and projects.
This is a part-time position with regular working hours on Saturdays and the possibility of additional shifts on public holidays when required. The role is particularly well suited to someone currently studying and looking for a long-term part-time position alongside their studies.

You bring warmth, curiosity, and commercial awareness to every interaction, ensuring that each customer feels welcomed, understood, and supported.
Client Engagement & Sales: Welcome customers and create an inspiring, positive, and personal showroom experience
Customer Guidance: Understand each customer’s vision and provide thoughtful recommendations based on their existing colours, materials, space, and intended use
Product Advice: Help customers make informed decisions through professional, personalised, and knowledgeable guidance
Sales Performance: Actively contribute to achieving the showroom’s sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of service
Showroom Presentation: Help keep the showroom organised, inspiring, and presentable throughout the day
Showroom Support: Assist with basic restocking, product displays, and general showroom upkeep when required
Team Contribution: Manage multiple tasks efficiently during varying workloads and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Previous experience in premium retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
A genuine interest in interior design, textiles, and creating beautiful spaces
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A warm, attentive, and service-minded approach
Commercially minded and motivated by delivering results
Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative
Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing workloads
A collaborative team player who enjoys working with people
Fluent in Swedish and English
Available to work on Saturdays and, when required, selected public holidays
