As a Swedish-speaking Senior BDR for the Scandinavian region, you will have the autonomy to build and execute the local pipeline strategies. Annual on-target compensation of 549k - 660k SEK (50-60k €) with a 70/30 split in base and variable

Take ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns targeting key decision-makers (HR, L&D, and C-level) mainly in the Scandinavian region
Act as a trusted advisor by conducting qualitative discovery calls to understand the specific organizational development challenges of prospects
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to experiment and optimize local market penetration strategies
Manage and maintain a clean pipeline in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring data-driven decision-making
Scandinavian market experience, with a proven track record of building outbound pipeline
An autonomous, structured work style: you thrive in a high-trust culture
Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with HR directors and senior leadership
Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using modern sales tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Typically requires 1+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS, ideally within HR tech or L&D
Fluent in English and Swedish, other languages are seen as an advantage
