We’re a small but driven team with a shared commitment to delivering exceptional service when it matters most. We are looking for a Sales Advisor to take a key role in shaping our customer experience and sales performance.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, often during an emotionally challenging time. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls with care and professionalism and converting these into confirmed funeral arrangements.
This is a varied, fast-paced role that combines relationship-building, problem solving and sales negotiation.
Take incoming calls and convert them into sales leads
Build relationships with clients and offer services that meets their needs
Overcome objections and be solution oriented to secure the lead
Liaise between our partners and third party suppliers to provide accurate quote and availability to clients in order to close leads
Maintain acute and up to date records on our CTM system, including generating quotes and creating documents.
Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to support customer journey
Exposure or experience in telesales, sales, customer service roles in UK
Cultural awareness of UK (including good understand of UK geography)
Track record of working in fast pace environment, ideally in target driven role
Strong communication, negotiation and mediation skills
Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
Can do attitude and ability to work independently to a high standard
Good IT literacy (CTM experience is desired)
