The Head of Ecosystem is a pivotal role designed to define, own, and drive Electrolux's ecosystem strategy across connected experiences, new business models, and strategic partnerships. The role is accountable for setting the ecosystem direction, defining clear priorities and success measures, and delivering measurable consumer and business outcomes across products, services, platforms, and regions.
The Head of Ecosystem will establish and govern a cohesive ecosystem of connected use cases, digital experiences, partnerships, and Consumables & Accessories throughout the consumer lifecycle—from onboarding and setup, to usage, replenishment, upgrades, and repair. The role will lead the integration of ecosystem strategies into business objectives and product roadmaps, working closely with Product Strategy & Planning, Connectivity, Digital Design, Regional Product Lines, Consumer Services and Ecosystem teams, Procurement, and Commercial leadership.
This role carries the challenge of orchestrating the global ecosystem agenda, effectively addressing varying levels of complexity between regions. The Head of Ecosystem will lead the Ecosystem organization and is accountable for both defining the ecosystem plan and ensuring disciplined execution against it, delivering integrated ecosystem solutions that achieve tangible results, scalable growth, and sustainable business impact.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within ecosystem, platform, digital, or connected product organizations.
- Proven experience building and scaling strategic partnerships and new business models in global contexts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ecosystem strategies to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with strategic foresight and executional leadership.
- Fluent English.
