We are looking for a Project Manager to join our head office in Stockholm.
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of our modular industrial projects, both in Sweden and internationally. Our clients are primarily within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and the projects typically involve complex facilities with stringent requirements for quality, safety, and precision.
The Project Manager has full responsibility for project delivery – from contract to completed handover – and leads multidisciplinary project teams. The role includes close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and ensures that the project is executed according to schedule, budget, and quality specifications.
The Project Manager reports to the Project Director and the VP Front End Engineering.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Pharmadule’s projects from initiation to final delivery.

Plan, monitor, and report on costs, schedules, resource needs, and deliverables.

Ensure that technical, quality, and regulatory requirements are met.

Coordinate activities between different engineering disciplines and external suppliers.

Guide, coach, and lead multidisciplinary project teams.

Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Contribute to the development of internal project management processes and ways of working.
Qualifications

Academic degree, preferably M.Sc. in Engineering, Construction, Chemistry, Industrial Design, or equivalent technical field.

Documented experience from large industrial construction or installation projects, ideally within process industries or the Life Science sector.

Proven experience in project management with responsibility for time, cost, and quality.

Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.

Comfortable representing the company in technical discussions with clients

Structured, solution-oriented, and results-driven.

Fluent in Swedish and English is a requirement (other languages are beneficial)
