Your Role in our Team As part of our team, you will:

Participate in a broad range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.

Support the Production Team by providing basic troubleshooting assistance and coaching.

Drive continuous improvement activities through broad system knowledge and site specific enhancements.

Approach every task with a Safety First mindset.

Perform daily/weekly planned maintenance tasks while also handling reactive escalations.

Personal qualities We believe you are someone who:

Is solution-oriented and proactive in taking initiative.

Works with accuracy, reliability, and strong safety awareness.

Enjoys teamwork but is also comfortable working independently.

We are looking for someone who has:

Relevant technical training, e.g. electrician/automation technician, machine installer, or equivalent skills.

Experience in an electrical and/or mechanical role.

Proven background in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and machinery.

Other requirements

Flexibility to work in different temperature ranges (+25°C to -25°C).

Ability to work at heights.

A genuine commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.

Additional information The workplace can be difficult to reach by public transportation, especially considering the working hours. Therefore, it is an advantage if you have a driving license and access to a car, or other reliable means of transportation.

As part of our workplace policy, smoking is not allowed during working hours. You will also be required to undergo a medical examination to obtain a fitness certificate, ensuring that you are cleared to work at heights.
