We're looking for a Social & Community Manager who wants to strengthen Once Upon’s presence in social media and build a warm, engaged and growing community around our brand.
If you enjoy creating content, building relationships and staying on top of social media trends, this might be the role for you.
Our app has over 7.6 million downloads, and every day millions of memories are saved in photo books through Once Upon. We want our social channels to reflect the same warmth, creativity and sense of connection that our users experience in the product.
You will be part of our Brand team within the Marketing & Commercial area and work closely with colleagues across Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, SEO, and Customer Care.
In this role, you will own our social channels from planning, content creation and publishing to community engagement and channel development. You'll work hands-on with content while staying close to our audience, continuously exploring new ways to create relevance, engagement and growth.
You have a strong interest in social media, audience behavior and emerging trends. You enjoy spotting opportunities, testing new ideas and understanding what captures people's attention. Most importantly, you're excited about turning those insights into content and conversations that strengthen our brand and community.
Create, produce and publish content across our social channels, sometimes on your own, sometimes in collaboration with other co-workers within marketing, such as our Content Creator, Art Director and Copywriter.

Stay on top of trends, platform developments and audience behavior
Test new ideas and formats to strengthen our social presence
We believe you have experience working hands-on with social media, content creation and community management, and understand what it takes to build engagement and meaningful relationships in digital channels.
We think you might have:
Education in communication, marketing or equivalent experience
Experience working with social media, content creation and/or community management
Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest or LinkedIn
Experience with photography, video production and basic editing
Strong writing skills in both Swedish and English
A good understanding of brand communication, tone of voice and audience adaptation
Experience using tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite or similar
It is an advantage if you have experience:
Appearing in front of the camera in social media content
Creating brand-building content
Supporting influencer collaborations, campaigns or partnerships
Working in-house within a marketing, communications or brand team
You are creative, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your work. You enjoy being close to both the content and the audience and have a natural ability to understand what feels relevant, engaging and true to a brand.
You are curious about how social platforms evolve and enjoy spotting opportunities, testing new ideas and exploring emerging formats. You have a strong interest in trends, audience behavior and what captures people's attention.
While you thrive in the creative parts of the role, you also understand the importance of structure, follow-through and the day-to-day tasks that help channels and communities run smoothly.
You also:
Enjoy creating, testing and developing new ideas
Build relationships easily and enjoy creating dialogue
Are warm, communicative and attentive in your interactions with others
Balance creativity with structure and execution
Enjoy collaborating with others and contributing ideas
