We are now looking for a Senior Production Manager / Teamlead to join our team for Vattenfall. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of one of Sweden’s strongest brands while working closely with both the client and your colleagues at Folket. You will be part of a creative team where everyone contributes and plays an important role.
Folket is centrally located on Götgatsbacken in Södermalm, Stockholm, where we share our office with our sister agencies Tillsammans and Kompis. Altogether, we are around 120 employees across the group. The team splits its time between Folket’s office on Götgatan and Vattenfall’s headquarters in Solna.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Production Manager /Teamlead, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the production of Vattenfall’s social media content and hold people management responsibility for a team consisting of a Senior Social Media Manager, Social Media Manager and Visual Content Creator.
You play a key role within the team planning, prioritizing and driving the work forward. You manage multiple parallel projects across different markets and act as the link between the client, the team and external partners. With a structured approach, you ensure that everyone involved has the right conditions to deliver.
The role includes overall responsibility for timelines, resource allocation and production-related budgets. You ensure that content is localized for different markets and languages. In addition, you actively work to streamline localization processes, including using AI tools as a natural part of the workflow.
You take a holistic view of production and ensure that the outcome meet both creative and business objectives while maintaining smooth communication with stakeholders and clients throughout the process.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You thrive in a role where you coordinate, prioritise and bring clarity to complex projects with many stakeholders.
You have experience working with social media and content production with a solid understanding of what it takes for content to perform across different channels and markets. You are used to managing multiple stakeholders at once and are confident leading productions from start to finish.
You are solution-oriented and proactive with a natural ability to create efficient workflows and structures. At the same time you are a strong communicator and build solid relationships with teams, clients and external partners.
You are also curious about new technologies and actively work with AI tools, for example for translation and content localization where you see opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance quality.
You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others, while also being self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of your work independently.
COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
Mandatory
At least 7 years of experience in production management within social media or content production
Experience leading and coordinating multiple parallel productions
Experience working across multiple markets and with multilingual content versioning
Experience managing teams, stakeholders and clients
Experience with resource planning, timelines and budgeting
Experience using AI tools for localization and/or workflow optimization
Fluent in Swedish and English
