Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Telecom Test Lead to drive verification and validation activities for advanced connectivity and communication systems. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on expertise in LTE/5G technologies, test automation, network troubleshooting, and large-scale system integration. You will lead verification teams, define test strategies, ensure delivery quality, and act as a key technical stakeholder in a highly skilled engineering environment focused on mission-critical connected systems.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- Previous experience as a Test Lead, Verification Lead, or Technical Lead.
- Strong expertise in LTE, 5G, and 3GPP technologies.
- Experience with mobile network verification and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and technical deliveries.
- Connectivity, telematics, or infotainment systems experience.
- Knowledge of eCall, carrier certification, and mobile network simulators.
- Experience with QXDM log analysis.
- Product Owner, SAFe, or Agile leadership experience.
