Description
This role is critical to ensuring that the system is technically coherent, verifiable, and ready for acceptance in a high-complexity, multi-partner delivery environment.
In this role, you will lead the full engineering delivery for SSC’s contribution to IRIS² as prime contractor. You will act as the overall technical authority, owning the engineering baseline and ensuring the integrated system is coherent, compliant, secure, and deliverable across a multi-disciplinary ground segment.
You operate with end-to-end engineering authority within programme governance, driving and owning technical decision-making, trade-offs, and cross-discipline alignment across the programme. You will resolve conflicts, steer technical direction, and ensure delivery readiness at every major milestone.
You will operate at programme leadership level, engaging senior stakeholders across SSC, partners, and customer organisations.
