- Proactive and able to work independently
- Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong technical skills and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- A collaborative team player
You likely have a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, along with around 4-5+ years of experience in tax, finance, data, systems or process improvement.
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Strong Excel skills and experience of working with large data sets
- Experience with ERP, consolidation or other finance-related system
- Experience from tax, transfer pricing, finance, or controlling
- Experience of process improvement, automation, or digital transformation projects
- Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. The position is primarily office-based, with the possibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with company policy and business needs.
