The Advisory team at Krea helps mid-sized Swedish companies access working capital and real estate financing from SEK 2M to SEK 100M. The team grew in deal volume by ~40% during 2025, and we're hiring a team lead to take it to its next stage.
Krea is Sweden's largest business financing platform — since 2018 we've helped 30,000 small businesses access more than SEK 3BN in capital. We're founder-led, growing, profitable and backed by Roosgruppen, ExM Invest, and a group of angel investors.
You'll lead a team that currently consists of three advisors, own the full deal pipeline from sourcing to payout, and partner with Customer Success and Commercial to scale how we attract and close mid-market deals. The role is hands-on: structuring complex transactions yourself while developing the people around you.
Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor the Advisory team. Your goal is to foster a high-performance culture that balances ambitious sales targets with the rigorous execution required for mid-to-large corporate financing.
Pipeline strategy & execution: Oversee the end-to-end deal pipeline from sourcing to payout. You will ensure the team effectively prioritizes high-value opportunities while maintaining a high professional standard for all client cases.
Thought leadership: Use your strong credit knowledge and problem solving capabilities to coach team members. Establish training & development areas for each team member and provide necessary guidance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success and Commercial teams to align sales strategies, optimize lead generation, and ensure seamless customer handoffs.
In order to thrive at Krea you should want to be part of building a company. We expect that you will take full ownership, but you will also be supported by colleagues that have a lot of experience from the industry. In this role you will work closely with our Customer Success team and the Commercial team to ensure that we attract the right deals.
We want you to be extremely candid and always speak up, without compromise.
At Krea we believe that the group is far smarter than any individual, independent of age, race, gender or seniority. To ensure that the best ideas and solutions win, we oblige all team members to speak their mind and share opinions without compromise whenever they don’t agree. This is our strongest common value for people at the company.
