As Commercial Product Manager, you take end-to-end commercial ownership of your product area. Acting as the business driver behind growth, profitability and market relevance. You define where we play, how we win and how our offerings create measurable value for customers. By combining customer insights, market trends and close internal collaboration, you turn strategy into concrete roadmaps, propositions and scalable business models that strengthen Tele2’s competitive position.

About the job
The product area focus is to delivers mobile phones, accessories, and other workplace-supporting hardware to meet customer needs and create added value. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining one of Sweden’s most competitive and cost-efficient product portfolios. We set the product strategy, roadmap and priorities all to ensure profitability, customer relevance, and long-term growth.
- P&L ownership: manage profitability, budget, forecasting, and follow-up for your portfolio.
- Product portfolio management: own, develop, and optimize the portfolio to ensure competitiveness and relevance.
- Commercial strategy & roadmap: design and execute the product strategy, ensuring clear priorities and long-term growth.
- Market and technology insight: stay at the forefront of trends to drive innovation in products, business models, and propositions.
- Customer-centric development: lead initiatives aligned with customer needs.
- Business steering: define agreements, business rules, partnerships, and frameworks to secure performance and scalability.
- Collaboration & delivery: work closely with Supply chain, Device, DCT, customer operations and Sales to ensure product delivery.
