Lead AI & digital transformations: Direct complex projects and programs that drive measurable top-line growth and digital capability maturity for our clients.
Advise senior leaders: Build relationship and partner with senior leaders and directors on strategic initiatives requiring multi-disciplinary teams and high-impact change management.
Scale our AI Practice: Actively contribute to our growing AI advisory, helping clients identify, validate, and integrate AI technologies into their core business operations.
Drive cross-functional collaboration: Work seamlessly across Curamando's specialized teams and the broader Eidra network to bring the exact right blend of strategic, technical, and creative capabilities to every engagement.
Mentor and develop talent: Guide junior consultants, foster knowledge-sharing, and contribute to our inclusive, performance-driven culture.
Drive commercial growth: Spot expansion opportunities within client accounts, lead high-impact pitch processes and client proposals, close deals, fuelling Curamando’s pipeline and top-line performance.
Consulting Experience: 2 – 5 years of management consulting experience from a recognized consulting firm or specialist advisory environment.
Strategic & Practical Mindset: A strategic mindset paired with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, and a strong ability to structure complex problems and communicate recommendations clearly.
Functional & AI Focus: Practical experience in digital transformation, digital marketing, sales, or AI, alongside experience utilizing AI tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
Project & Delivery Experience: Track record of active participation in delivering digital transformation projects and engaging effectively with client stakeholders in complex environments.
Cross-Functional Team Player: Demonstrated ability to thrive within multidisciplinary teams alongside subject matter experts across tech, design, and commercial strategy.
Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
