Lead Consultant – Digital Transformation & Performance Management

Based in Stockholm, with travel across the Nordics and Europe
TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role challenges you to lead with both heart and head. You’ll be the trusted advisor clients turn to when navigating complex transformations. You’ll guide them from vision to execution, ensuring every project delivers real impact—not just on paper, but in the way people work and make decisions.
You’ll work closely with the Country Manager to build something lasting in Scandinavia: a strong local team, meaningful client relationships, and a reputation for excellence.
Your days will be filled with:
Sparring with senior stakeholders and translating their needs into clear, actionable roadmaps
Designing and overseeing the implementation of performance management solutions
Leading project teams and mentoring consultants to grow their skills and confidence
Spotting opportunities for innovation and helping clients move beyond the expected
Supporting commercial growth through sales, marketing, and recruitment initiatives • Collaborating with a passionate team of professionals across Europe

You bring:
Several years of experience in consulting, ideally in digital transformation or performance management
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive mindset and a passion for learning and building
Experience mentoring or coaching junior colleagues
Commercial awareness and an eye for growth opportunities
Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (due to operating on the local market.) Knowledge of Dutch would come in very handy!
Willingness to travel across the Nordics and Europe
Bonus: Experience with tools like Anaplan, Board, OneStream, Vena, SAP, Tagetik, Oracle, or Pigment
Bonus: Living within commuting distance of central Stockholm
