As CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll work hands-on with customer communication, segmentation, and automation.
You'll work primarily in Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign, where you'll build campaigns, manage customer segments, create automated customer journeys, and continuously optimize customer communication based on customer behaviour and performance data.
Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications
Create customer segments and target audiences based on customer behavior and engagement
Develop and improve automated customer journeys and lifecycle programs
Build workflows, triggers, and automation logic within our CRM platforms
Execute promotional, transactional, and lifecycle communication across email and SMS
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Run A/B tests and continuously optimize communication and customer journeys
Support marketing and sales with customer insights and audience development
Help improve how customer data is collected, structured, and utilized across the organization
Explore how AI can improve personalization, content creation, workflow efficiency, and customer engagement

You should be fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
We're not looking for someone who ticks every box. However, experience in some of the following areas will help you succeed in the role:
Approximately 1–3 years of experience working with CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, ecommerce marketing, or similar digital marketing activities
Experience building campaigns, customer segments, and automated customer journeys
Experience working in CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar systems
Experience analyzing campaign performance and customer engagement data
Familiarity with A/B testing, customer lifecycle marketing, and audience targeting
Experience from ecommerce, agency environments, internships, student projects, or similar practical work is considered valuable
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar to improve workflows, content creation, analysis, and productivity
You are curious, self-driven, and not afraid to challenge ideas or ask questions.
