About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Expert Embedded Test Architect – Software Platforms to support the development and validation of embedded software systems within a collaborative, agile environment. This role is focused on strengthening software quality practices across the lifecycle of embedded platforms used in advanced transport solutions.

You will play a key role in driving test strategy, improving automation capabilities, and ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system architects, and quality engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Define, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for embedded software platforms
Validate embedded software and hardware against functional, performance, and safety requirements
Design and implement scalable automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage
Work with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems to support integration and system-level validation
Identify, analyze, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement
Promote best practices in software quality, testing methodologies, and test automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle
Support knowledge sharing and mentor team members on testing tools, frameworks, and strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Strong background in embedded systems testing, particularly within automotive or similar domains
Hands-on experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments
Proven track record of developing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools
Solid understanding of software quality assurance principles and lifecycle processes
Experience working in agile development environments
