Job Description:
Join us through an exciting VIE as a Security Analyst, based in Lund, Sweden !
You will play a key role in strengthening secure development practices by supporting threat modeling, security analysis, and collaboration with engineering teams.
Main missions
Your role :

Support the review of existing threat modeling practices and help identify gaps or inconsistencies across R&D teams

Assist in the creation of simple templates, workflows, and checklists to facilitate the adoption of secure development practices
-
Contribute to verification activities by helping ensure identified threats are properly linked to tests, controls, and mitigation actions
-
Work alongside engineering teams to help translate security findings into practical and actionable improvements
-
Participate in the development of awareness materials and training content to promote secure-by-design principles
-
Support data collection and analysis to monitor security practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
(External) English Qualifications:
Education : Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience : 1-2 years of experience ( internships and apprenticeships are fully valued)
Skills and mindset :

Fluent in English

Understanding of threat modeling methodologies and common cybersecurity frameworks

Familiarity with secure software development practices and vulnerability management concepts

Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure, interpret, and analyze data

Detail oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Curious, proactive, collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
