We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA Marketing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Based in Athens, Greece, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to work across multiple markets, collaborate with international teams, and contribute directly to lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth throughout the region.

What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the EMEA Marketing team, you will plan, execute, optimize, and report on integrated digital marketing activities that support commercial growth and strengthen LRQA's market presence. The role will involve managing digital channels, supporting regional campaigns, and driving measurable marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across EMEA markets
- Manage and update digital assets including websites, email campaigns, social media channels, marketing automation platforms, and other digital tools
- Support lead generation and pipeline growth through targeted demand generation campaigns
- Monitor and improve website performance, user experience, SEO, SEM, and conversion rates
- Manage and localize digital content to maximize engagement across diverse markets
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights using platforms such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing colleagues, sales teams, global digital specialists, and external agencies
- Ensure consistent brand application across all digital touchpoints
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across channels and customer journeys
What We're Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or demand generation within a B2B environment
Strong experience managing:
- Websites and CMS platforms
- Social media marketing
- Email marketing and marketing automation
- SEO and SEM campaigns
- Analytics and performance reporting
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, or similar)
- CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar)
- SEO and social media management platforms
- Proven ability to deliver measurable marketing results and optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision making
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across international teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Bonus Points If You Have
- Professional proficiency in French
- Experience working across multiple European markets
- Experience within professional services, assurance, compliance, certification, inspection, or technical B2B sectors
- Experience with website UX, CRO (conversion rate optimization), or customer journey optimization
