Senior Account Manager – Aesthetic Medical Devices (Sweden)
Start: September 2026
COMPANY PROFILE
Our client is a well‑established international medical device company within the aesthetic and injectable cosmetics market. The company is recognised for high‑quality products, strong medical education, and long‑term partnerships with private clinics and medical professionals.
After several years of working with distributors, the company is now establishing its own direct commercial presence in Sweden. You will be among the first local hires – combining entrepreneurial freedom with the support of an experienced global organisation.
The company is known for a professional, collaborative working environment with a strong sense of responsibility and continuity. Team members typically work closely across markets and functions, contributing to a stable and supportive organisation.
REGION
You will be based in Sweden, with a primary focus on major metropolitan areas.
Regular travel within Sweden is expected, with occasional travel to other regions and international meetings.
You will report directly to the General Manager based in Europe, with commercial, marketing, logistics and operational support from the global organisation.
TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
(not limited to)
Build and develop long‑term partnerships with private clinics, aesthetic physicians and dermatologists
Manage and grow an existing customer base while actively acquiring new accounts
Represent a premium injectable medical device portfolio and deliver a full customer experience – product, service, education and support
Drive the entire sales cycle: prospecting, relationship building, negotiations and closing
Plan and execute your territory independently, including forecasting and CRM reporting
Organise and support medical trainings, workshops and events in collaboration with international medical education teams
Act as the local face of the brand in Sweden, while collaborating closely with the international organisation
PROFILE
This role is designed for a senior commercial professional who is comfortable taking full responsibility for a market and building long‑lasting relationships within the aesthetic medical device sector.
You have experience working with private clinics and medical professionals and understand that success in this market is built through credibility, education and trust over time. You are confident managing longer sales cycles and complex decision‑making processes.
You work independently, plan your activities effectively and take full ownership of your territory. You are comfortable representing a brand locally while collaborating closely with an international organisation.
This role suits someone who values continuity, long‑term customer relationships and taking responsibility for a market over time.
You are likely:
Experienced within medical devices, injectables, aesthetics, pharma or closely related fields
Comfortable selling to private clinics and medical professionals
Used to longer sales cycles and relationship‑based selling
Entrepreneurial, resilient and structured – able to plan your own time and priorities
Commercially driven, with the ability to open new accounts while building long-term, trusted customer relationships.
Stress‑resistant, adaptable and motivated by building something sustainable
Fluent in Swedish (due to local market sales) and English
SALARY / RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Base salary: SEK 75,000–95,000 per month + bonus
Company car, pension and benefits in line with the Swedish market
Full onboarding, product training and continuous medical education through the international organisation
