Responsibilities:
Main Purpose:

Develop and align the commercial strategy for Norway in collaboration with the Head of Sales Nordics, ensuring execution of SodaStream’s growth ambitions across key retail partners.
- Develop and execute account plans for the Norwegian current and future accounts and customers
- Develop and manage external field force input for retail accounts (when set up) including campaigns and POS/instore material

Reporting to: Head of Sales Nordics within SodaStream, part of PepsiCo
Accountabilities:
1. Develop and align the national commercial strategy in collaboration with the immediate manager to ensure achievement of business objectives and market growth.

2. Develop and execute strategic account plans for current and future customers, with a strong focus on food retail, to drive sustainable revenue growth.

3. Lead and manage all retailer relationships, ensuring strong partnerships, customer satisfaction, and long-term business development.

4. Own and lead negotiations with retail customers to secure favorable commercial agreements and profitability.

5. Develop and manage inputs to the external field force for retail accounts, including campaigns, POS, and in-store materials to maximize visibility and sales impact.

6. Evaluate and analyze sales performance and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.

7. Lead forecasting and account budgeting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and alignment with company targets.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of Key Account Management experience within FMCG and/or consumer electronics retail (e.g. Elkjøp, Clas Ohlson, Power, Elgiganten).
- Proven track record of managing strategic customer relationships, leading negotiations, and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to translate insights into actionable business plans.
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external partners.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- The role requires occasional travel, approximately 2 days per month, as well as attendance at customer trade fairs and industry events 1–3 times per year.
