As a Client Manager you are overall responsible for your clients’ campaign work, all the way from media recommendations and planning to execution, including budget allocation cross channel where you lead and work closely with channel specialists in the client team.
As Client Manager you are also responsible for managing digital activations from start to finish. Including planning and buying, develop data-driven recommendations across all channels and continuously analyze and evaluate campaign results and support your clients with actionable recommendations.

Driving the daily work for the client and within the client team.

Project Leadership: Managing multiple client projects and ensuring workflows and processes are followed.

Overseeing the entire process from briefing to follow-up in campaign-specific activities, including defining KPIs, ensuring measurements, and implementing ongoing campaign optimizations.

Independently managing administration and financial matters for the client.

Ensuring compliance with implemented processes and templates for all recommendations, follow-ups, and ongoing reporting throughout the year.

Receiving, interpreting, and asking supplementary questions to the client regarding their briefs.

Ensuring that internal briefs to the client team are clear and contain relevant information, while also coordinating information and workflow, including managing deadlines.

Academic or relevant post-secondary education.

A minimum of 3 years of work experience in digital marketing, client management, or an equivalent field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.

Knowledge of digital marketing, measurement, and measurement frameworks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions independently, within the team, or externally.

Experience with media buying platforms, ad servers, or GA4 is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; being a native user of project management tools is meritorious.
