Job Summary
DescriptionRole: Scrum Master Scope: 100% Location: Scania Södertälje office, 50% on site, 50% remote Duration: One year, from mid June 2026 until mid July 2027Assignment OverviewWe are looking for a senior Scrum Master consultant to support and drive agile ways of working within a team developing digital services for driver evaluation, coaching, and performance improvement.The assignment focuses on enabling a high-performing team that builds user-centric digital products and services. The Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, support continuous improvement, and help the team deliver value efficiently while collaborating closely with product owners, developers, designers, data specialists, and stakeholders.The role requires a strong servant leadership mindset, experience in agile product development, and the ability to create structure and momentum in complex and evolving environments. Experience from connected vehicles, driver behavior analysis, telematics, or digital coaching services is valuable, but not required.The most important requirements are strong agile coaching capability, facilitation skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to support teams in delivering scalable and high-quality digital services.Responsibilities• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and backlog refinement• Support the team in delivering digital services related to driver evaluation, coaching, and performance insights• Coach the team and stakeholders in agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement• Remove impediments and proactively address risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges• Foster collaboration between product management, development, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders• Help create transparency around progress, priorities, and team capacity• Support effective backlog management and alignment between business goals and technical execution• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency, quality, and predictability• Facilitate communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders where needed• Create structure and clarity in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environmentsEducation (Must Have / Nice To Have)Must Have: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, information technology, or a related fieldExperience (Must Have / Nice To Have)Must Have: • Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master in agile software or digital product development environments• Strong knowledge of Scrum, agile methodologies, and team facilitation techniques•
