Role purpose
As a Sales Specialist at Eficode, you will play a key role in driving growth across our strategic solution areas by combining strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of modern technology ecosystems.
You’ll work closely with regional sales teams, solution consultants, marketing, and delivery teams to identify and close new business opportunities, helping customers understand how Eficode’s services and solutions can support their transformation journeys.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced sales environments, enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities, and is excited by the evolving world of Cloud, DevOps, AI-powered software development, and modern enterprise tooling.
Role responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as our Sales Specialist will include (but won’t be limited to):
Owning and achieving individual sales quotas across designated solution areas, including both shadow quotas and full quotas for new business opportunities
Working closely with regional account managers and marketing teams to identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with strategic technology partners and vendors, identifying joint go-to-market opportunities and leveraging partner ecosystems to drive pipeline growth
Building tailored customer proposals, presentations, and solution positioning aligned to customer needs and business goals
Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across assigned solution areas
Collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams to scope, position, and package offerings that balance customer value with commercial success
Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems
Driving pipeline growth and supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Eficode portfolio
Representing Eficode at customer meetings, events, webinars, and industry engagements as a solution evangelist
Building and maintaining strong relationships across customer and partner networks
Role Requirements
You will make a great match for this role if you have:
Previous experience working within B2B SaaS sales, IT consulting sales, or enterprise software licensing environments
Experience selling cloud, SaaS, or consumption-based licensing solutions
A strong hunter mentality, with experience generating and closing new business opportunities
Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex sales cycles
A solid understanding of modern software development ecosystems, cloud platforms, or DevOps-related technologies
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English
A proactive, commercially driven, and collaborative mindset
The ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, marketing, and delivery teams
An established professional network within relevant markets or industries

It would be an added bonus if you have:
Experience working with Atlassian, GitHub, GitLab, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or DevOps toolchains
Experience selling or working with large enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Workday
Previous experience working in consultancy or partner-led sales environments
Knowledge of AI-powered software development, cloud transformation, or platform engineering concepts
Swedish or Danish language skills for customer-facing work would be beneficial
Location & Setup
You’ll work in a hybrid setup, with remote working flexibility while also having access to our Scandinavian offices for collaboration and team connection.
Occasional travel across Scandinavia to Eficode offices and customer sites is part of the role
This is a full-time position with typical office hours and flexibility where needed
The role reports to the Head of Account Management Scandinavia
Possible locations: Stockholm,, Malmö, or Copenhagen
Compensation includes a market-based salary with a commission plan (OTE model)
