Location: Initially based in Stockholm, Sweden, with the possibility of relocating to another location in the future.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (approximately 3 days per week in the office).
Travel: Travel across the Nordic region on a quarterly basis.

Mr. Malt, Caldic's brewing business, is looking for a Sales Leader Nordics to lead and develop its commercial organization across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
This role will strengthen commercial leadership, align sales activities across the region, and build a high-performing, customer-focused organization. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 10 Commercial Development Managers and Inside Sales professionals while driving commercial performance, sales planning, and operational excellence.
We are looking for an experienced people leader who enjoys developing teams, creating structure, and driving growth in an entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the Nordic commercial team.
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer value.
Drive sales performance through KPIs, forecasting, budgeting, CRM, and business reviews.
Execute the Nordic commercial strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other key stakeholders.
Standardize commercial processes and strengthen collaboration across the Nordic countries.
Lead organizational change initiatives and support the integration of the regional commercial organization.
Job Requirements
Profile
You are a structured and commercially driven leader with strong coaching skills and experience managing sales teams across multiple locations. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and are comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial business.
Experience with KPIs, forecasting, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI is highly desirable.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of people management experience within a commercial or sales environment.
Proven experience leading sales teams across multiple countries or regions.
Strong background in commercial management, business development, or sales leadership.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance management.
Experience leading organizational change or business integration is an advantage.
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, although relevant experience is valued more highly.
Willingness to travel across the Nordic region.
Experience within brewing, beverages, food ingredients, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries is considered a strong advantage.
Proficiency in English and Swedish; additional Nordic languages are an advantage
