As Head of Sales, Nordic, you will lead our Nordic sales organisation, driving revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, sales execution and team performance across strategic accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines deep Enterprise SaaS sales expertise with the ability to build a high-performing, supportive culture. You will lead a team of approximately eight sales professionals, the majority of whom are based in Stockholm, with a smaller number of team members located in Copenhagen. Working closely with senior leadership, you will implement modern sales methodologies, strengthen operational excellence and elevate the capabilities of an experienced sales team. Success in this role will come from your ability to coach, implement change, drive accountability and create structure while remaining approachable, pragmatic and collaborative. This is an office-first role, with an expectation of being in our Stockholm office at least four days per week.
Lead, coach and develop a team of Enterprise, Public Sector, Mid Market and SME Account Executives.
Drive predictable new business revenue growth through strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline and sales execution.
Play a key role in implementing and embedding a consistent sales methodology and qualification framework, with MEDDICC as a core operating model.
Build a disciplined, data-driven sales culture focused on quality pipeline creation, deal progression and forecast accuracy.
Lead and coach teams through complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise opportunities and long sales cycles.
Partner closely with Marketing, BDRs and Customer Success to improve pipeline generation and sales effectiveness.
Leverage AI tools and modern sales technology to enhance coaching, forecasting, deal inspection and operational efficiency.
Champion continuous learning, capability development and professional growth across the team.
Foster a culture built on accountability, trust, humility and high performance.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Enterprise SaaS sales leadership.
Strong track record working with complex Enterprise sales cycles, strategic accounts and multi-stakeholder buying groups.
Deep understanding of Enterprise sales methodologies, with practical experience applying and embedding frameworks such as MEDDICC.
Strong forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline, with a highly data-driven approach to decision making.
Experience using modern sales technology and AI tools to improve productivity and team performance.
Strong capability in coaching and developing sales professionals through complex opportunities and long sales cycles.
A leadership style built on humility, trust, accountability and emotional intelligence.
Strong commercial understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue environments.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Candidates do not need to be fluent in Swedish. However, you should be comfortable understanding spoken and written Swedish in a business environment and collaborating effectively with Swedish-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.

Experience selling into or leading teams focused on public sector opportunities, tenders, RFPs or procurement-led sales processes.
