We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Sales Development Representative to take a leading role in expanding Proxify's presence in the DACH market.
This is not a traditional SDR role. You will be responsible for building strategic outbound initiatives, engaging senior decision-makers, and creating high-value opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will have significant influence over our outbound strategy, target account planning, and market expansion efforts while acting as a trusted partner to Account Executives, Client Managers, and Marketing.
As one of the key commercial contributors in the DACH market, you will help shape how Proxify approaches outbound sales, identify new growth opportunities, and set the standard for excellence in prospecting and pipeline generation.
Own outbound pipeline generation for the DACH market, focusing on mid-market and potential enterprise accounts.
Develop and execute strategic account-based prospecting plans targeting senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Build, manage, and continuously optimize target account lists and outreach strategies.
Conduct high-quality discovery conversations to identify business challenges, hiring needs, and growth opportunities.
Create qualified opportunities and ensure seamless progression through the sales process.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Client Managers, and Client Engineers to maximize conversion and revenue outcomes.
Analyze outbound performance data, identify trends, and continuously improve prospecting effectiveness.
Act as a market expert for the UK region, providing insights on competitive positioning, customer needs, and industry developments.
Mentor and support junior SDRs by sharing best practices, coaching outreach techniques, and contributing to team development.
Partner with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and account engagement strategies.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding pipeline generation and opportunity creation targets.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and department leaders.
Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies and modern prospecting techniques.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop complex sales opportunities.
Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to improve performance.
Highly self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment.
Ability to influence strategy while executing at a high level.
Based in Sweden (preferably Stockholm for regular in-person collaboration).
Experience selling SaaS, staffing, consulting, or technology services.
Experience targeting DACH mid-market and enterprise customers.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other modern sales technologies.
Experience with account-based sales and multi-threaded prospecting strategies.
Previous experience mentoring or coaching SDRs.
Strong interest in technology, AI, and digital transformation.
