CAIA Cosmetics is opening a new store at Södra Larmgatan 11 , Gothenburg in fall 2026. We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to elevate the new location. Are you the one to join us on this journey, marking a key milestone in CAIA’s physical expansion?
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key part of our store leadership team, working closely with the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You’ll lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
Ensure customers have an exceptional shopping experience by providing personalized service, expert product advice, and handling any issues with professionalism and care.
Assist in driving store sales targets by motivating and inspiring the team to achieve goals.
Support and develop a high-performing, motivated team, including training new staff and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure the store is beautifully and strategically merchandised, aligning with brand standards and current trends.
Assist in managing stock levels, deliveries, and ensuring efficient store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Support with administrative duties such as reporting, scheduling, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Proven experience in retail management or assistant management, ideally within the beauty industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Passionate about beauty products and trends, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Previous experience as a makeup artist is a plus, but not required.
Please note that availability on weekends, during holiday periods, and during peak activity times is a requirement for this position.
