CAIA Cosmetics is opening a new store at Södra Larmgatan 11 , Gothenburg in fall 2026. We’re looking for a Store Manager to elevate the new location. Are you the one to join us on this journey, marking a key milestone in CAIA’s physical expansion?

You lead by example, creating a positive and energetic environment. You develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets and achieve outstanding results, while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and the community. You train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to help them achieve their best, and you oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance. Above all, you foster a customer-first culture that turns shoppers into loyal fans.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive culture through clear communication, motivation, and regular feedback.
Analyze sales data to drive strategies that meet and exceed targets, while managing inventory to optimize sales opportunities.
Create a welcoming shopping environment, resolve customer issues promptly, and train staff to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee daily operations and budgets to ensure compliance, profitability, and a store that's always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Collaborate with Head Office on marketing initiatives, in-store events, and promotions.
Report on sales performance and team development, using insights to shape future strategies.
Champion CAIA's vision and values in everything you do, leading by example for your team.
You bring proven experience in retail management, ideally from a flagship or high-volume environment. You have strong leadership skills with a passion for team development, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You have a results-driven mindset and a love for creating memorable customer experiences, and you bring extensive knowledge of and passion for beauty products, trends, and techniques.
3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably within beauty or a dynamic retail environment.
A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets while managing store operations.
Strong experience recruiting, training, and developing a motivated, high-performing team.
A passion for outstanding service and creating a memorable shopping experience.
Ability to read sales data and market trends to inform decisions and drive growth.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and responds positively to challenges.
Understands and embodies our brand values, acting as a brand ambassador.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Previous experience as a makeup artist is a plus, but not required.
Please note that availability on weekends, during holiday periods, and during peak activity times is a requirement for this position.
