The Role
The Field Marketing Manager for the Nordics & UK will lead the development and execution of regional marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across key markets focusing on new business acquisition. With +5 years of experience in Field Marketing, you will create and contribute to localised marketing campaigns, events, ABM initiatives, partner initiatives, and sales enablement efforts.
This role requires very strong collaboration with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and regional partners to ensure marketing initiatives resonate locally and support new logo acquisition.
Responsibilities
Messaging, Communication & Localisation:

Create and localise messaging, content, and website materials to align with cultural nuances across Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and the UK.

Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to develop region-specific collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies.

Ensure all regional messaging aligns with global brand and product positioning.
Event Management:

Lead the planning and execution of regional events, including trade shows, customer roundtables, partner events, and company-hosted activations.

Own the event logistics including vendor management, venue research, promotional materials, landing pages, content needs, and on-site support.

Drive the collaboration with key channel and technology partners to deliver co-marketing events that support shared pipeline goals.
ABM & Strategic Programs:

Own the development and execution of ABM initiatives for priority accounts in the Nordics & UK.

Work with regional Sales and account teams to refine target account lists and identify opportunities for tailored outreach.

Ensure ABM assets and campaigns are localised and relevant for each market.
Campaign Management & Reporting:

Develop campaign plans and timelines, ensuring deliverables are executed on schedule.

Monitor campaign performance, maintain documentation, and report on key metrics such as engagement, outbound opportunities/pipeline created and overall ROI.

Identify insights and opportunities to refine future campaigns.
Cross-Team Collaboration:

Serve as a key connection point between the regional Sales teams and the broader Marketing organisation, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

Support partner marketing initiatives with local and regional partners.

Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt existing programs and bring regional insights to global strategy discussions.
Requirements
Required:
-
+5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or a similar B2B marketing role.

Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
-
Experience leading events, campaigns, and/or ABM programs.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Fluency in a Nordic language (especially Norwegian and/or Swedish).

Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners on expert level.

Ability and willingness to travel for occasional team gatherings and regional events.

Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent platforms.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and remote-first environment.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and report on campaign performance.
Preferred:

Experience in B2B SaaS in Corporate Finance, Spend Management, Expense Management, and/or Accounts Payable categories.

Experience in leading multiple countries or multicultural regions.

Background working with partners, channels, or co-marketing initiatives.
